Trip Information - chinese cooking in Beijing

Day 1. (D)
Arrival to Beijing and transfer to your hotel for check in. In the afternoon, we will take a panoramic tour around Tiananmen Square, then continue to Wanfujing Street where we explore the night food market, and have dinner. Choose from the enormous selection of ethnic Chinese dishes from many regions and in many different cooking styles. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2. (B,L,D)
Early in the morning, we will visit the fruit and vegetable market. Nearby, we will hve a sidewalk Dim Sum breakfast. Then we continue to the Temple of Heaven and the Forbidden City for some sightseeing. Optional silk factory shopping in the afternoon. In the evening we will enjoy a traditional Beijing duck dinner at Quanjude Beijng Roast Duck.

Day 3. (B,L,D)
Early in the morning we visit the meat market. Then visit Great Wall, Cloisonné Factory, Jade Museum, Tea Shop. Dinner in the Cantonese Restaurant.

Cooking classes.

Day 7. (Apr20) (B,L,D)
Early morning visit to another food market which is mainly sea food. S/S to the summer place and Lama temple . and shopping at pearl facotory. Dinner in Sichuan restaurant.

Day 8. (Apr21) (B,L)
Before departure to have special lunch at Sea Food Restaurant.
